This was a cool concept that I learned through attending my first Dani Johnson event a couple of months ago. Motivating your team to work harder up to events for rewards. Now, if I remember it correctly she used the technique something like this. You have a awesome lead building system such as Magnetic Sponsoring that you are actively using and some of your people are new and/or lame so you call each of them up and run a contest for who you are going to add the new person under.

So it's a performance based thing. If you can bring me two new leads within 48 hours I'll consider adding "the new person" under you. She also added other requirements such as you have to be signed up for the next company training event to show the new person that you're a true leader, but the point is this same techinique of creating business building momentum can be used online.

People will jump over so many hurdles to avoid "LOSING" something or "MISSING OUT" on a top secret training. So the scenario can look like this online: alright guys so were launching our new product in like eleven days. We want as much traffic to the prelaunch page as possible so for those of you who get 500 or more opt-ins, after the launch you get 80% commission for life. The rest of you get 40%.  If you're not using this technique to motivate your people. Why not?
