Have you been recieving the Email from MIKE about the "SECRET" ?
Well HI to All,
Let me just excuse my Aussie Slang usage in Advance, but just bear with me....
Well, i just have to agree with mike and say i am not surprised one bit, I mean come on, its not that hard really. I am considered by some of you to be a newbie and I GOT IT IN THE FIRST WEEK
I was chatting with a friend of mine whom i consider a seasoned MLM'r and we were discussing this very matter just two days ago, and i have to say i was shocked to realize he still doesnt get it, I mean COME ON, geez its not that hard.
Does no-one read the paperwork and books mike sent, i know i did, i have others to, ANN Seig's work is read, and many others, I see mike's frustration and i honestly cant believe that so many ask Mike that Question, MIKE, slap yourself stupid for even answering it mister.
Look, ..........i look at it this way, and excuse my analagy, If you come into my shop to buy lets say...................a dinning table and chairs, a dinning suite as its called (yes i owned and operated a furniture manufacturing business) Now like Mike will say, you didnt come in to buy that as such, you wanted a tool to hold up your other tools you use to eat with, and you need a place to park you butt, But what you will get is a dinning table.
So in my shop you come across this rather awkward looking contraption that although you find it odd looking, i am able to convince you its looks are meant to be that way, and it will serve your eating function well.
So lets move onto to Saturday night.............Nanna is around for dinner, she parks herself at said contraption and starts to fill up on the delicious offering you and your husband/wife have prepared, just as Nanna is through the first course she suddenly..... without warning starts taking a dive into the downward hard place that gravity has intended all things should hit , THE FLOOR. But in the meantime poor old nanna belts her fragile ageing chin fair on the edge of said eating platform and low and behold sends a jolt through it just big enough to bring it down to said floor also, and just for sympathy sakes your chairs also decide to follow Nanna into the now spiralling downward fall, now its not the fall that hurts, its just the sudden stop at the bottom !
Thus leaving you all in a pile of timber chunks, splinters and food scraps that now have you all resembling a food fight victim.
OK......my point, if that Dinning suite had been managed correctly from start, to finish it would have never met this fate, and would be a strong reliable and lasting member of that houshold for years to come.
But instead its just heaps of chunks of timber on the floor, not unlike how they indivually started out, not damaged, just of no use to each other of their intended user.
What i am trying to say is, managed correctly and each one put into its correct place and managed to be able to support each other and each being able to be replaced if one part fails or need repair.
No different to conventional business, i know from experience any MANAGER that says he/she manages hundreds or even thousands of people of blowing steam up your A**. They are full of CRAP ! I cant manage that many people, Mike cant, he doesnt do personal emails any more, and he would have thousands of people a day to manage, but he uses tools to do that. No on person can manage any more than about 6 people effectively, but you still have to instill confidence and empower those six to duplicate what you/ I do, then they have to do the same, Even Large Corporation Boses only mange 2 people then those 4 manage 4 then they might manage 6 and those six 6 more and so on. IT's NOT ROCKET SCIENCE, its just numbers, its marketing yourself, building a system to manage those large numbers of people and empowering those you teach to do the same.
NOW Back to NANNA, if i had built that item by properly managing each piece, ensuring they each do their intended function, are capable of performing that function and they support each other, i have effectively managed their purpose.
I am astounded that some of you are not getting this message, whether its Conventional business, MLM, marketing or whatever, you are only as good as your last effort, your task is to improve your next opportunity beyond your last.
I am not even going to attempt to leave details of my opportunity here, that is not my purpose for this blog, What is though is how i manage EFFECTIVELY those people who cross my path, I only take on 3, which is what i figure I can manage effectively, then i teach them, why, how, where, when , who and so on, they will then do the same, but then i can take on another 3, but i can then check back in with all of them to see if any other things are needed, kind of like yearly maintainance on your home or car services, preventitive maintainance i call it.
SO.......No matter if you are New opportunity seeker, a MLM'r, big hitter or a leader, makes no difference to who you are or who you think you are, YOU STILL CANT Manage any more than those few poeple EFFECTIVELY , it the foundation to the physical item being built correctly from the ground up YOU DONT BUILD YOUR HOUSE FROM THE ROOF DOWN..DO YOU????
I would love to have a full inbox every day, but i cant manage all of that on my own, i need help, tools, or other people.
If you think that an opportunity wont be there because you dont take it up or you fail, THINK AGAIN, no matter if you dont even take it up, it still carrys on and grows and will be there regardless. But that does not mean you are wothrless, each of us has a place in any opportunity and we are all collectively needed to make it work.
Have FUN Enjoy it, There IS NO SECRET, sorry Mike to steal your limelight, its all an individual process, take from it what you need , take out what you dont, and stop expected people like MIKE DILLARD to hand it to you on a silver platter, IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN.
YOU & you alone have to find your drive, your energy and your place, the tools that work for you, those that dont, THE SYSTEM thats works for you may not work for the next person. With All our help though you just might find it sooner rather than later while ,you help poor OLD NANNA pick herself up of the floor.
I might build a piece of furniture diferently to you, but as long as all the pieces are managed correctlt through the teching process that you learnt to build it, and the end result is the same FINE, STRONG, FANTASTIC LOOKING Piece! Who really Cares ! What the point of asking Mike for HIS secret, it may not be YOUR secret, but he has mountains of tips, tools, advice, messages, knowledge and a drive that you could possibly call ............ THE Secret !
But unless you open your ears, eyes and mind, if you blink just at the wrong moment you going to miss it. So keep looking, keep at it. And Mike, ITS FAR FROM LAME, its THE FOUNDATION,.............that you have revealed.
