Dani Johnson, an amazing motivational speaker...but..

I wrote a pretty long comment today on Dani Johnson...
Here it is:

Dani Johnson is great motivational speaker...however...

Depending what personality type you are, Dani can make you or break you, because Dani is all about buying leads and selling to your family, friends and neighbours.
Statistics say that 95% of people hate to sell or be sold...so why would I take a cleaver to my address book?

How duplicatable is it to get your new team member to buy 500 ''quality'' leads that cost anywhere between $1000 and $10,000? That's not all, you also have to buy Dani's expensive training which works great for the 5% of the population that loves to sell and don't mind hearing ''no'' over and over again.
Your attrition rate will go sky high...
Been there...done that!

Again, I do believe Dani Johnson is an amazing woman.
However, when it comes to training I rather have a generic trainer like Michael Dlouhy, with 30 years experience that does not charge nothing, he's always available for my team, and he's building a business today, not 20 years ago.
He believes that you don't have to change who you are to be successful and believes that this industry is all about building relationships, not about buying useless leads and pestering your friends and family.
That's duplication and that is what works for the 95% of us.
