The three levels of commitment in your Network Marketing team

Tom ‘Big Al’ Schreiter says that we will have people on our Network Marketing team at three levels of commitment.

  1. “I’ll try.”  This is the lowest form of commitment.  When it doesn’t work, people will leave to try something else – those are the Opp-hoppers.
  2. “I’ll do my best.”  These people will quit when their best is not good enough.  They would rather quit than improve.
  3. “I’ll do whatever it takes.”  These are the people you are looking for – those who will work on themselves and keep at it until they are good enough to get it done.
