Personal Development - The Key to Success

It can come from the right author who connects with you, to a family member or friend that says just the right thing at the right time to you. It CLICKS. Means something to you. You can use it somehow and apply it to an issue or situation that you have in life.
Something happens, you get better informed and feeling better about some problem that you had in the past. Again, Personal Development can come from anywhere at anytime.
Be on the outlook for this at all times. I have found some of my own personal development coming from many different sources. From a movie that touch my heart somehow, to my daughter saying "have a great day dad." When I was feeling down a bit. To even a billboard that made me look at something differently.
We need this growth in our lives. Should be getting some everyday.
I look forward to hearing from people that I connect with that this is taking place in their lives.

CONNECTING
I have read and watched motivational tapes from the floor to the ceiling, but I can always learn from the next person with whom I speak depending on their mindset. I just spoke with Tom Savas of http://www.betternetworker.com/members/gainalot, (I hope he doesn't mind my making reference) and he was immediately warm, welcoming and very open with sharing tips and strategies.
One of the key to success is "the art of reciprocation". Giving without expecting. I could go on and on, but time management is crucial also to success.
