I've Built My Biz With Video Marketing
When I figured out the right way to market the first part of Jan 2008, my only capability to market was free stuff because my budget didn't allow pay per click. So I started pumping out the videos. It was about video number 30ish before my phone rang which was the number I was told by my mentor at that time.
People would tell me they were on youtube and picked up the phone to call me.
I wish I had the good sense to use Traffic Geyser at the time, but I didn't pay much attention to it. I truly believe I'd be further ahead had I budgeted in for this video submission tool. The reason I say this is because I know first hand the business and money I made with just using YouTube. Can you imagine if my message was sent to over 50 sites everytime I uploaded a video?
If you don't know what Traffic Geyser is, it's a video submission service where you submit your video one time, and they resave it 4 times and blast it out to 50 some sites, including, video, podcasting, blogs and others. It leverages time and gives you great exposure. Oh well, hind sight is 20/20.
If you're looking seriously at video marketing, I have to recommend traffic geyser to you. You know, video sites are where people hang out at. You want to be where the people are. More people watch video today than watching tv and reading the newspaper combined. So be out there and get the exposure to the world about your product and service.
You have slideshow and audio capabilities inside traffic geyser as well. It's definately something to look into.

You are absolutely right
Debbie,
I can't agree with you more regarding video marketing and web 2.0. I also believe we can take it a step further than just submitting videos to various sites. This is why I founded www.gateways2paydays.com. I wanted to create a web 2.0 platform for experts like yourself and enable them to make money on demand.
While visitors and members are hanging out you have the ability to engage them in a variety of ways. For example:
If you plan to give a webinar, members and visitors can register, pay and attend all in one location. Also if everyone does not make it you can record the webinar and then they can view it at their leisure. Once the webinar is recorded you could set a fee to view and members can then view it on demand. You do work once and continue to get paid over and over.
That is just one way of utilizing www.gateways2paydays.com there is a plethora of other ways. Yes, web 2.0 and video is here to stay, the key is to be at the forefront of the technology and discover new exciting ways to benefit.
Videos....
Hi Debbie:
Thanks so much for your post on how you built your business with videos. I recently purchased Traffic Geyser and used it to submit 7 videos to over 30-40 sites. Received only 1 lead from this and was beginning to wonder about whether it worked. Then I read your post that you started seeing results at your 30th video!!!
So I will keep the faith..keep posting videos and continue to enjoy myself in the process with video posting as well as having fun on this forum.
Thanks so much for your helpful post and all you do!
