Is Facebook the HOT place to advertise now?

Hello fellow BN members!

It seems there is this big exodus going on from Google to Facebook due to some new FTC regulations. Google was once king for our direct sales industry but it seems the new FTC does not like us. Blame this on whomever you want, but the reality is those days are over for now and you need a new place to plant your feet to get leads and make some money!

So there is a lot of buzz on the net right now stating that Facebook is the place to be and I honestly believe that. Will it last forever? Who knows!! But you know the old saying, you have to strike while the iron is hot? Well that is the case here. We can never let the prospect of the future stop us from moving forward when a golden opportunity presents itself.

I have made the move from Google to Facebook and am having GREAT success. I am the ceo of a company named hubze, and in just over 3 weeks using nothing but Facebook and Twitter I have managed to get over 15,000 people pre-registered and it is not slowing down at all. There were days I was getting over 1000 people per day...

So my short answer to this HOT question is YES! You need to be on Facebook!

So one thing I noticed when I first started however is that Facebook is SOOO particular as to what they will approve for ads, and I was trying all kinds of tricks with sandwich pages, opt in pages etc. and they were always getting rejected. So I was doing some reading and I noticed they had better cost per click rates and a different set of guidelines for ads that you linked to your fan pages...so I wondered if there was a way I could actually create and run all my landing / marketing pages from right within Facebook...

Well that thought definitely paid off because my ads were getting approved in as little as 15 minutes! Facebook LOVES it when you keep people on their site...so now it is running smooth..
