I'm feeling good

I'm pretty excited about life recently! There have been a few hard times, but overall, the good has way outweighed the bad. I am blessed to be a part of a company that has enhanced me both physically and mentally as well as financially. I'm feeling better than I have in a long long time. Mentally, I'm way more focused and intent than I've been in a long while. Physically, I'm also doing way better than I have in a long time. Taking Eiro has really gotten me thinking about health in a big way. Just listening to all the people who have had it really change their lives has been pretty awesome incentive to really get back to trying to get healthy again.

So I am happy to report that I've been going for walks and hitting the gym every now and then now. I'm already feeling way better about myself and my situation in the world.

Just wanted to put it down in some words.
