REFERRAL MARKETING..

Look folks... we all have friends and even family members <g> we adore and would like to be a part of our business'... Not for the sake of what they can do for us ... but for what network marketing can do for them.

I have been one of those however in the past to never approach my friends and family. When I built my previous business I did it all working with leaders I found on-line.

After being away from the industry for over 10 years, I have made a commitment that this time around I was at least going to give them the opportunity to be a part of the worlds best business.

"PERSON TO PERSON" is the name a book by Gabi Steiner a Leader in Germany who is a 9 Star Diamond in a company called Life Plus International.

They had to create new pins for the woman because she totally blew that company records. Before that the only other top pin earners were Norm and Audrey Rebsamen who were Five Star Diamonds at the time.

In her book she talks about a simple way to build a business WITH YOUR Friends. Simply find  5 of your friends that would like to use the product or service you have in your line and help teach them that their goal is to find 5 and then teach them. Most comp plans today start with 3.

The reason is simple.. The AVERAGE person statistically is capable only to sponsor 2.7 people in any network marketing business. I honestly think that will be blown away because at this moment there are people who in 60 days are putting in over 150 people into a program with a buy in of $299.99 then a $100.00 auto-ship.

To keep it simple though remember it is our goal and desire to help our team members get that magic number of $300 check within their first 60 days.  Then duplicate that with their people. When we do that that causes an explosion and we are able to make a difference in peoples lives and allow them to have more:

- Time Freedom Fund
- A FREEDOM Retirement Account
- Pay off Bills
- Give to Charity
- Help their Kids
- Make more in a Month than they have ever made in a year...

This is happening every day in this great industry of ours.

REFERRAL MARKETING... What a concept...  WHAT ARE YOUR THOUGHTS?
Person to Person.            People helping People.             Friends to Friends...

Think Locally and Act Globally I guess is a mindset one could choose to adopt.
