Brad Callen just released a free application that you can add to your Firefox browser. (His application only works with Firefox, which is also free).
Called PPC Web Spy, this application lets you look at the keywords your affiliate competitors are building their ad campaigns on, how much they are paying for their campaigns, how much traffic these campaigns generate, and what position they rank for each term.
Say you are using “cut flowers” to generate business for an FTD florist. You would use the Google Search Engine to search “cut flowers.” This would bring up all the top advertisers for those keywords.
Just as in organic search results, you can choose to use PPC Web Spy to visit the site (but without costing the advertiser to pay for your click) and see how they optimized their landing page for that word.
You can store the results for a particular website and conduct fresh searches on it periodically and see changes they have made to their AdWords or other PPC campaign.
This is a lot faster and easier than clicking back and forth between the Google AdWords tool and the search bar.
The tool looks at all PPC affiliate products including Amazon and ClickBank affiliates and MLMs.
