Set Goals and Motivate Others - Part One
Without goals, you are drifting and, when you drift, you are not in control.
If you are not in control, then someone else is. You have relinquished your basic right to shape your future. In doing this, you also surrender your freedom of action which restricts your choices and can lead to frustration, anxiety, fear and stress.
If you are to build this business, then you need to have some personal goals, because this will help those in your downline to take control of their future. Setting positive, relevant and empowering goals will improve the quality of their lives forever.
The first step is to write down on paper everything that you want to be, everything you want to have and everything you want to do.
Let your imagination run wild. Ensure you have got plenty of paper, and start writing - do not stop until you have run out of ideas.
Once this list is written, allow your mind to work on it over the next 24 hours. Keep that list to hand as you will continue to think of ideas.
After the 24 hours, review the list and then add anything else that comes into your mind, that you have not recorded. You will end up with quite a full list of things that you want.
