Discover The Reason You Were Born

What's  your passion in life? Do you know the reason you were born? Are you living life with a laser-ed focus? Do you know the destination?

Professor Stephen HawkingYesterday I saw a great interview on the news with Professor Stephen Hawking! For a long time now I've had a passion for anything space related and like many bought the first book that Professor Stephen Hawking wrote, "A Brief History in Time".

The interview caused me to think about the life long challenges Prof Stephen Hawking has faced. Stephen Hawking has amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) and usually with this disease life is very short. It was in his early twenties that he contracted this disease.

I was surprised to learn that Stephen Hawking is now in his late sixties, has in his life married and had children and is now blessed with grandchildren. As well as his world fame to do with cosmology he is a successful family man and has done many things, like, appearing on a Star Trek episode, flown in the Nasa Comet jet weightless and written numerous books and narrated TV documentaries.

Professor Stephen Hawking talks by twitching his cheek through his computer and can only speak at one or two words a minute. He has faced surmountable odds in life and has overcome. He has lived the reason he was born and has received the highest accolades in life.

It is clear that Professor Stephen Hawking let nothing get in the way of his purpose for living! He has overcome those obstacles.

So let his life inspire you to reach your full potential. Know why you are living! Take time to think deeply and be connected to your inner self.

Here is a great interview with Professor Stephen Hawking
