Business owners should take pride in the fact that things were "setup" like that for a reason. As far as us entrepreneurs, we need to develop a "business" relationship with those who we feel like would be a great help. That way you can feel all 1-10 reasons you spoke of. I try to remind my girlfriend that me and her have our own Mastermind Group. Good post.
Association is key!
Who you associate with is so important especially if you are or if you have aspirations of becoming an entrepreneur.Entrepreneurs are a rare breed its takes a very special person to want to blaze your own path in life.And people will do everything within their power to try to destroy your dreams.
Associating yourself with a group of like mined people such as a master mind group is the best thing you can do to bullet proof yourself from the naysayers.I belong to several business mastermind groups myself and I'm always amazed at the amount of productive activity that is gained from these group gatherings.
Surrounding yourself with a group of like minded people is the best thing you can do for your business and will also add to a healthy and productive life.

Thanks, Elwood, for the reminder to associate with other people who are working toward the same goal. It's good to remember that working toward the same goal as individuals does not have to make us "the competition."
I belong to a couple of groups, each based on a different part of doing business. I get so much from each group and rarely the same stuff either! It's good to pick the brains of others, and to share stories of success or failure and hear that I'm not the only one. Very motivational for keeping on keeping on after something I've tried doesn't yield the results I'd hoped for.
