I worked with a lady that couldn’t understand why she was not getting the results she expected. She contacted me because she wasn’t getting much help from her sponsor.
She was in love with her product and just didn’t see why people weren’t lining up at her door step to join her. She felt she was an unsuccessful person.
We did a through review of her companies P & Ps and the compensation plan. We discovered the areas that prevented her personality type from succeeding in building a large team. Once she understood the reasons her frustrations disappeared.
She made an informed decision, choosing to retail the product she loved and not worry about building a large organization. She loved working with the product more than money. She is no longer a frustrated individual and we remain friends to this day.
Success is based on individual desires and therefore is different for each individual. Resist judging yourself against others with different desires. What is important is that you are meeting your individual goals on regular bases.

When People finely realize the reason why they are doing the Business the stress can end. If you are doing it to Own your Life you need a 5 Pillar company. If you are doing it because you love the Product and do not care if you make money you can retail. Your friend for life
