Fear Of Failure

I run across a number of people in MLM businesses that experience difficulty making their businesses work. After some soul searching, it becomes obvious that they have a deep-rooted fear of failure. This then results in paralysis of action, they are afraid to take an independent action for fear of failure. They are only comfortable when someone else tells them what to do, that way they are not to blame.

All of life is a series of ups and downs, we win we lose. The winners in life will turn loss into success by taking action to overcome adversities, turning negative circumstances into positive results.

Failure is a part of the process that leads one t0 success. This is how we learn. When we figure out how not to stub our toe again, we turn a negative event into a positive end.

Much of the failure fear is attributable to events in childhood. Wake up! We are no longer children and should realize that we no longer require the approval of authority figures. Take the failure, analyze the reason, do not make the same mistake again, and move on.  

Taking action and making a mistake is better than taking no action at all.
