The personality types were described in writings from ancient Greece. They account for the different occupations and position that people hold in a society. They are the same in all ethnic groups. They are;
Red (Choleric) they are direct and self contained – They make up about 15% of the population. You will find them in positions of leadership. They are the take charge doer’s. Their word is Power.
Blue (Sanguine) they are direct and open – They make up about 15% of the population. You find them in marketing of all kinds and make great P R people. Their word is Fun.
Green (Melancholic) They are indirect and self contained - They make up about 35% of the population. You will find them as engineers, organizers, scientists etc. Their word is information.
Yellow (phlegmatic) they are indirect and open – They make up about 35% of the population. You will find them as care givers, nurses, therapists, Big Brothers and Sisters etc. Their word is Relationships.

Personality Colors change the way I now look at people..
I am soooo yellow, I see the strengths, but need to overcome the weakness.
While we all have a little of each of the colors you see the dominate color in each person after you listen to the training.

This was a paradigm shift for me
Now that I'm learning how to use Colors my ability to more successfully deal with people has improved drastically! It's not enough to know what to say to people. You also need to how to say it to them and even what NOT to say. Once you start grasping even the basics of this you will start gaining an almost magical insight into who people are, why they do what they do, their boundaries and how you can get around those boundaries. This lets you get into people's heads and in network marketing that is huge!
Use the Force wisely, my young Padawan :)
