Sleep, Commuting, and Socializing
I've heard alot on the subject of sleep lately from many in the medical community. It's kind of a paradox coming from medical professionals, as they probably sleep less than any of us. But it seems that most agree that 8 hours is optimum for health and performance. The only problem, is I really don't know too many successful men or women who actually sleep that many hours? I heard Jim Rohn mention recently that you should get just enough rest to be ready for the next day. The famous rapper 50 Cent says, "Sleep is for broke people". I have personally found that I can operate, just as well on 6 hours a day as I can on 8. I honestly, don't notice much of a difference. So by sleeping 6 hours I get 2 more hours in my day to work on my business, relationships, hobbies, etc...
I've got another great idea, why don't you cut your sleep by 2 hours and start your own home based business? Now you have just added another 2 hours to your day, by not having to commute to an office. I have read 3 books by Donald Trump. The first one said he only slept 3 hours a day and the 2nd book said that he worked in the same building where he lived. Is it really that smart to commute to a job? Think of all of the money you spend on gas? Think of all the preparation that goes into looking professional? And think of sitting in that traffic every day? And all that socializing at the office, would you say it wastes a few hours a day?
So you want to be successful? Sleep less, and commute less, and socialize less and you will be ahead of 90% of the population who don't know any better. If you want to see a home based business that can be done from home using the internet than go to my website at http://www.thehomebiz4you.com.
I will see you at the top....
