Tears of the Why

My uplines are great.

So great in fact that some of them have made me cry. Yes, I typed it error free.

MADE ME CRY!

Not the cool one-tear-from-his-eye-Denzel-in-the-movie-Glory type of cry.

Not that one.
I mean the severly-uncool-dude-take-a-tissue-and-blow-your-nose-at-least type of cry.

It wasn't because they yelled at me for only sponsoring one person in 3 months. Heavens no. It wasn't because I miss meetings, or haven't met a single of the lofty goals that I set in my 
"neo-distributor arrogance."

I cried with them.
We cried together, because of my "WHY."

I have shared with them my WHY for being in the business.
I have learned from them the WHY of them succeeding in the business. 

And after learning that they were actual people, not just the new people sponsoring machines that I looked upon with awe...I understood how I would succeed.

Now...I'll make the team that I build cry. With me.

Because their WHY's will be heartfelt, and motivational. It will drive them further than any HOW that I can teach, any WHEN that I could set, and any WHERE that they should be.
