Being Responsible For “SELF” - If You Don't, Who Will?
My life has never been what anyone would ever consider easy, and I won’t say that it’s easy now, but it is healthy, fulfilling, and abundant.
The thing that made the difference between my quality of my life then and my life now is that I held on to a tiny spark of belief in mySELF. Truth fanned the flames of that tiny spark until it became a blazing ember of desire for change; a desire to achieve a level of success for which I had dared to dream. Now that I think about it, it was actually my acknowledgement of the fact that I, and I alone, was responsible for my own wellbeing that made the greatest impact.
From time to time, we all need to do a SELF assessment of our SELF esteem to help build our SELF respect and lead us to the SELF realization that we need to implement SELF help in order to create SELF growth and improve our perception of our SELF worth. (Did I forget to mention SELF? :))
To become your best “SELF” and OWN YOUR LIFE is HUGE. To accomplish this you need to have the desire, the hope, and the belief, that you are deserving of a better tomorrow.
I sometimes found this difficult to do, especially when my spirit was dampened by the challenge of an economy which rained on my six figure corporate America income, and resulted in the outsourcing of my passion to others who didn't have, nor want, a clue. Somehow, despite it all, I managed to begin the process of turning my upset into a set up; a set up for great success.
I started an administrative services company and was able to develop 6 clients that kept me busy and the bills paid. However, I was still trading time for money. Appreciating that my time was finite, I also understood that this meant that I could only earn a finite amout of money.
I had tried Network Marketing a couple of times during the prior 3 years, but found that chasing friends and family, as I had been taught to do in the first business, and hitching my wagon to a star, which was my own brilliant idea in the second business, did nothing to help me generate the income I desired to create the lifestyle of my dreams.
Still looking for an epiphany, I signed up for a Network Marketing group in Face Book. Within minutes I received a message that said, "Your lack of success is not your fault, and we can prove it." It was signed Mentoring for Free, and it had a link to an E-book called Success in 10 Steps written by Michael Dlouhy. You’ll find a copy of this book on the upper right side of this page, right under the cumulus cloud. Michael has since become my good friend and Mentor.
I accessed the book and read it in one sitting. I had aha moments and light bulbs went on, it was great! Finally, everything made sense! Not only did it prove that my lack of success was not my fault, it also laid out a step by step system to help me to OWN MY LIFE!
I’m guessing you have that same spark or you wouldn't have continued to read about my experience.
So, now do yourSELF a favor and click on the book, download it, read it, and call me.

Totally agree with your heading
Being Responsible For “SELF” - If You Don't, Who Will?
That's why the phrase "It's not your fault" doesn't make sense.
You, maybe not you personally, made the decision to go into something without education. You made the decision to sign up, join, work, the system or opportunity.
It is ALL your fault.
And until people accept that there will always be a victim mentality in play. Taking responsibility for your good and bad decisions is one of the "keys" to true success.
