Recruiting-The Lifeblood of Your Network Marketing Business

Some people cringe at the word recruiting, and personally it's why most people don't make it in the network marketing world unless they become very proficient at it.

My question is why does it scare people away when it's the very key to their financial future.

The challenge is, most people who get involved in the multilevel business are sold into it. Very few people wake up and think to themselves, "hmmm. I would like to create a six figure income over the next five years and I am willing to do whatever it takes.

The fact is people were recruited into business by a friend, family member or stranger.

Another Challenge is that with the power of the internet and the learning curve out there, very few people as a whole are privy to the tactics of internet marketing strategies. Let's face it, I don't think Bill Britt or Dexter Yager are teaching their down line how to generate leads with a strong internet marketing campaign and a lead capture page.

So what has happened is there are just a handful of people making serious coin recruiting people into their network marketing business, and the rest are using old school tactics.

I am not knocking old school ways of recruiting, I am just saying, if you don't open your eyes and see what the web brings to the table and learn to utilize a system in which prospects are hunting you down, you're going to get smoked.

Don't worry whether your up line approves or not. I never told mine. Why, because I wanted to prove it worked before I opened my mouth.

Now I have my up lines attention because I kept my mouth shut and did the work which produced results. Only then did I open his eyes to what I had actually done.

The first question was, "Is this duplicatible throughout the organization?" The answer was yes, absolutely.
