Is your home business thriving or dying?

You know that saying... Your business is either thriving or dying. So... is your business stagnant or thriving right now? Are you lacking prospecting who are looking for what you have, or is your recruiting ratio just flat out pathetic (whatever that means to you)?

Are you being plagued by distractions...

be it anthoer sexy new opportunity or amazing system/tool that's going to turn your business around overnight?

I know I get distracted often from all the marketing messages out there...

I UNSUBSCRIBE to the email lists of different marketers (some are my personal friends, too! But do what you gotta do to focus and produce results.

Do you have your priorities confused?

Are you spending 80% of your time generating leads and learning the next traffic secret and only 20% of your time monetizing and recruiting?

In our industry, recruiting and promotion are what will yield profits and they should take up 80% of your time and energy!

If you buy leads from a lead store or a advertising co-op, focus pretty much ALL of your time on the phone and recruiting.

There is nothing like buying these leads and not calling them. It's just sad, period. If you are learning to generate your own branded leads (i.e. attraction marketing), know that it DOES take some time to overcome the learning curve.

If you can afford to do it now, great... but still remember that without being able to convert those leads into team members and clients, it's just busy work (I've done that myself).

Once I understood that and adjusted my daily and weekly routines, leads were pouring in and monetization happened like clock-work.

The ratio of lead generation work vs. monetization work was roughly 30% (traffic, etc.) and 70% (marketing & recruiting).

What you can do now to get results

There is ONE skill that will help you convert and sponsor better. That skill is the people skill for prospecting, which is persuasion in person or over the phone.

The more you understand how to discern and dissect your prospects' responses to you and your questions, the more likely you will be able to find the qualified prospects and sponsor them into your business.

This has been proven to work 100% of the time. Once you understand the psychology or prospecting, you will also become a better copywriter. YES, you will become a far more effective copywriter when sending emails or other forms of written communication to your list / prospects.
