When are you experienced enough to teach internet network marketing

This is a really good question! One that a lot of new marketers struggle with. In fact one of my newest team members came to me and said he didn’t feel he had enough experience to teach internet network marketing.

Before I get into today's lesson I want to share a post I did the other day about how to get started in network marketing

So today I want to share a story about my new team member, and also give you some insights into when I believe you can begin to teach others.

My man Adrian joined my team in MLSP about 3 weeks ago, and he is young & hungry for success. He immediately began taking the action steps necessary. He’s already generated 12 leads and had his very first signup, which I believe is the first money he’s ever made online.

This may not sound like much, and that’s typically what holds people back.

Adrian said to me, I want to get better results before I begin teaching people.

Why?? (I believe we generally compare our own accomplishments to those of the top dawgs in whatever we’re doing, and because of that we look at our own accomplishments as not much) This is exactly what Adrian told me as well!

Don’t worry… I’ve been there myself. So have most of the big money makers or achievers in life.

So then I had a conversation with Adrian, and I believe every marketer should pay close attention to some of these insights… (they just might cause a dramatic mental shift, which could cause money to flow into your bank account more easily)

Here’s what I said, “Adrian, you’ve already generated 12 leads and converted some of those leads into money. This is something most people never achieve in their first few months. You’re already doing better than a lot of other marketers will ever do, simply because you’re taking the necessary action steps to get results.”

I also told him, “Imagine that you were at the bottom of a mountain when you first started a few weeks ago… you’ve been learning from people who are further up the mountain towards success than you over the past few weeks, and now imagine that there are tens of 1000s of people down at the bottom of the mountain who want to know how you got to where you are now… TEACH THEM”

He instantly got it, because it just makes sense.

The 2nd you know how to get a result… ANY RESULT, you now have the authority to teach someone how you got that result!

Then you simply want to leverage the results that you keep getting to get greater results, because… …when you start teaching people what you’re doing to get results, you’re going to get more results, and then you teach people how you got those results!
