I am Grateful Thankful
Today I will go about my Day with a Positive Mind Set.
You have only two choices. Be Positive and Look for Good. Or Be Negitive and Look for BAD.
Their is no grey area here. I choice for this Day to be positive no matter what crisis presents it self. I will stay Calm and Grateful.
Now that sound really good.
I am going to keep track how well I do at it.
Like I learned from Zig yesterday is be grateful. When you are Grateful a whole new world and oppurtunities open up for you. Be GRATEFUL!!! I am on the GRATEFUL Diet.

Positive and Negative Attitudes

Your absolutely correct about the positive and the negative.
There really isn't an in-between.
And in relationships it is so very important to stay on the positive side.
Many, many friends and family are lost otherwise.
Be POSITIVE, GRATEFUL, and have the mind-set of GRATITUDE for the things that one will receive today.
We really need to be here for one another.

The Grateful Diet
Hi Juanita
Given what I know about the laws of attraction, such as "what you focus your attention on you will get more of". You can expect by focusing your attention on being grateful you will get more things to be grateful for. As a diet I would have to agree that it's an excelent choice. Stick with it.

You are totally right, it is best to be positive. I have always tried to be optimistic person in times of bad- always looking for that silver lining. I am very grateful for the very little I have for I remember that there is always someone who is worse off and has less.
