People I think are Cool "Sabrina Coffin"

My name is Sabrina Coffin.

I can be found wearing several different hats at any given time during the day!

I am a stay-at-home mom of 4 great kids, a wife, a friend of many, a daughter, a sister, a small business owner, a woman who ENJOYS her freedom, a dog owner, a choco-holic, a princess in my own right,….the list is absolutely endless!

But what will most likely interest you is that I am a devoted student of Internet Marketing and Social Networking. I truly love this industry and have spent countless hours studying just what it is that makes someone successful in this industry.

My research has brought me to a place where I now have my eyes wide opened and I’m on a mission to share my knowledge with others.

I consider each day a blessing as I wake up and enjoy the flexibility and freedom to be home with my children, attend all their sporting events and special occasions while contributing to our family income. I am truly experiencing the best of both worlds!

But it hasn’t always been this way. Like many families, I worked a traditional 9-5 in corporate America. I left work early in the morning, placed my children in the care of the daycare facility and commuted to work early in the morning.

Then something changed.

Our family had a complete financial upheaval in 2001 when we found ourselves taking the downward spiral in the stock market.

We lost over 90% of our savings as America went through an emotional roller coaster and cultural shift that would permanently change our country.

This was the aftermath of 9/11.

Unfortunately, it didn’t stop here.

We ended up racking up well over $22,000.00 in credit card debt during this whole ordeal.

I was numb, sick inside and wanted to hide.

It was devastating to my husband and I as we began to see how vulnerable we were and that everything we worked so hard for could so easily be taken from us, almost overnight.

I felt like our family was at the bottom of a well and the water was rising.

Scared.

Suffocating.

Depressed.

Shackled.

Let me share a little something about myself with you because I believe this is KEY to why I am where I am at today.

When I’m in a really tough situation I’m like most people. I tend to get overwhelmed and a bit anxious. BUT then something bigger than life happens. I rise ABOVE my circumstances. I mentally pick myself up off the floor, put on my armor and begin to fight the good fight!

I’m not in this battle to lose! I’m a WINNER!

I began to search for alternative ways to make an income so I could bring in extra cash and was I ever in for a surprise!

Everyone seemed to have the ‘perfect opportunity’ for me. I dove in head first, gave it my all and after a few years, began to wake up and smell the coffee as to WHY I wasn’t making the kind of money I thought I’d make…..despite my HARD work and consistent effort.

I get so angry when I see so many people flocking like seagulls to men who are like wolves in sheeps clothing, full of empty promises of healthy bank accounts and preaching prosperity for the masses.

I’m sick of hearing from so many naive men and women who gave their money and TRUST to someone who in turn took off running the other direction, leaving them for dead.

Sad but true.

This is when the REAL fun began!

I began seeking out people who thought just like me. People who believed in themselves, wanted more for their family and built each other up by teaching them the TRUTH about what it takes to be successful in this business.

I investigated several home based business opportunities and even tried a few with moderate success. Looking back, I can only be thankful for the experiences I had because I have only become a better leader and mentor as a result. This eventually lead me to the right company for me, find the right leadership and communities, build a successful business from home and teach others how to do the same.

I discovered how much fun it is to own my own time again and reap the benefits of working from home. Owning my own business from home has empowered me to take control of my time, make decisions based on my values rather than a lack of finances, and design a lifestyle that demonstrates success. Working at home has provided me with a wealth of ongoing personal growth, development and education and has given me the opportunity to enhance the lives of others by showing them how they can achieve their dreams by establishing their own business.
