I had to write this post after recently visiting a Facebook group that I belong to.

I can't believe that people are still, trying to building their business by promoting their company and comp plan.

Well if you're doing this and you want to continue struggling and wasting time, energy and money, then by all means keep doing what you're doing.

But continuing to do that, will only give you the results you've been getting....

You're basically setting yourself up for failure!

Which I'm willing to bet, is not the result you want! Right?

YOU WANT BETTER RESULTS?

Then you need to study and start practicing the concept of  "Attraction Marketing".

Attraction Marketing is something that I first learned about in 2007, after discovering Mike Dillard and his book "Magnetic Sponsoring".

WHAT IT IS AND IS NOT

"Attraction Marketing" is about:

1. PROMOTING & BRANDING YOU - You do this by being transparent and allowing people to see who you are. That's what's so great about Social Networking, it allows you to put yourself out there, so that others can get to know you!

2. It's about giving VALUE to others - When you give to others, by sharing your knowledge & time, they see you in a different light. You become a VALUABLE resource.... Someone they can go to when they have questions and come away, knowing that they can trust in what you shared with them.

Yes! You become a leader!

"Attraction Marketing" is NOT about promoting and leading with your MLM company, product or comp plan. You have to realize that there are hundreds of other Reps, in the same company all pitching the same stuff.

So what's going to set you apart from the rest? Only one thing.... YOU!

HOW DO I BECOME MORE VALUABLE?

It's simple.... EDUCATE yourself. You have to be willing to investing in yourself.

Just as your business needs certain tools; Auto-responders, blogs and such. So does your mind.... Books, CD's, Videos!

There is so much information out there, both free and paid.... You just have to become a sponge and go out there and soak it up.

And once you have this knowledge, you're now free to share it others.
