A Huge MLM Rating Flaw : Magic Bullets
Read More: A company that attempts to claim the title of best MLM company MUST be subject to a strict multi faceted rating system. Yet many people out there marketing have a magic bullet mentality. They have one great product or a great compensation plan. Well assuming they have taken the time to do their homework and that this is a true statement, who the h#%& cares!?
The image that comes to mind is a real estate agent trying to pitch a mansion that’s on fire.
“Yes, it’s on fire but you wouldn’t believe the size of bedrooms in there!”
You want a great product or service but if you don’t address all the issues then you are bound for failure. One single aspect, regardless of how powerful, can and will be replicated by competitors. The best MLM company must have a synergy of compelling characteristics. The problem is the distributor either…
1. Doesn’t understand their company fully (this can be potential good or bad) so they don’t mention everything.
2. It’s impossible to mention everything so they focus on a few details. This happens especially when they are not in a formal interview atmosphere so there isn’t enough time to present a full view picture. It’s a “use your “hook” for some drive by sponsoring” mentality.
These are both fine because they can be solved. Ultimately it is not the distributors job to sell the company with some magic bullet, the one great thing that separates them from the pack. If you choose the best company then the facts will do the selling for you. If you choose the best MLM company after diligent research you know that if they do their research they will come back respecting what you do. So ask all the questions you can, and you will find out if the how many legs are supporting their table.
Not to mention that there is a huge list of websites out there that determine the “best MLM company” based on one or two (sometimes irrelevant) factors.
Bottom line: There is nothing wrong with a great aspect of a business but look at the whole picture,
Don’t buy a burning mansion with great bedrooms!
