Mastering The Basics with Focus
So often when we are begining a new endeavor it is easy to be overwhelmed with information overload. How do I write great content. How do I do video. Where should I advertise, and on and on.
Sometimes, it is best just to take a step back and just focus on mastering the basics. When you have great mentors, they can help you to concentrate on learning where to be most effective at this stage of your new business.
I have found through the direction of my mentors, that as you are comfortable with the basics, it will make your transition to other methods of expanding your business an easier one. Remember as Abraham Lincoln once said, “If I had eight hours to chop down a tree, I'd spend six hours sharpening my ax”

Right on about the basics. The fundamentals are so important, it cannot be overstressed.
Learn from the right mentors, and overtime you will make it your own. You will own it.

We must all learn the basics before we can apply them. If you start on the ground floor you will know how things work from the bottom up. Now we can share this with the team we are building.
