Are you dreaming about sitting on an armchair, giving instruction and waiting for profit? Then doubtless the military regiment is a better place for you. The reality is being an entrepreneur is no glory and celebrity. Actually many times entrepreneurs have to do the soiled roles. These unclean roles are customarily done when no-one else is watching. Our youth want to have the best of being an entrepreneur, they desire celebrity, yet they aren't prepared for the worst. What does it actually mean? Why do people wish to be linked with this word nowadays? Being an entrepreneur means you are your own manager. This brings a lot of glory and celebrity to people.

Imagine you're a boss, reporting to no-one, leader of the company. None of your staff dares to disagree with you and you earn the sort of income that you'll never earn working for corporations. Isn't it excellent? That is life, isn't it? If that's what you need to get out of being an entrepreneur, sorry people, that isn't actually true. When you have decided to embark on the entrepreneur's journey, you have to gear up to roll up your sleeves for the trouble you will find sometimes ahead. Do you suspect that attitude alone can kill any business? Having a puny or negative attitude is step 1 to failing in a business. Anyone that wants to become an entrepreneur must first learn how to shift his perspective from a worker perspective to an entrepreneur perspective. A worker waits for things to occur, an entrepreneur makes things occur. A worker waits for instructions, an entrepreneur gives clear instructions.

A worker waits for somebody to resolve issues, an entrepreneur takes charge of the situation, to unravel issues. A worker is reactive, an entrepreneur is pro-active. You've got to prepare to take up great responsibilities. Being a successful entrepreneur is more than writing a business proposal and handling cash-flow. You have got to accept accountability for what goes around, out of and into your business. When the business isn't doing well due to the recession, rather than blaming the market, economic situation, rivals, environment and expecting the government to help them, a successful entrepreneur will assume control, take charge and take responsibility to enhance business in whatever ways in which he can. Profitable entrepreneurs don't lay blame on the environment or find excuses for the mistakes that they made, they just take responsibility and learn from the mistakes. Many times there isn't any wrong or right in entrepreneurship.

It's what you have as a “belief in” that sets the wrong and right. You should have a good belief system to make the journey way easier and fascinating. You decide what type of belief system you would like to hold for yourself. Be prepared to serve the people around you. Only by serving others, helping them get what they need, then will they give you what you need. Open a business with the aim of serving and giving, and you may receive. Serving does not means serving your clients only. Serving your staff and partners will inspire communication and improve team synergy. Continue to learn, be ready to upgrade all alone. While you might think that upgrading is for workers, an entrepreneur should keep upgrading and training himself. There are plenty of endowments and talents that an entrepreneur wishes.

The swiftest method of learning all of the abilities is to keep attending conventions and workshops. But why pay that sort of money to learn? There's a proverb, "If you believe education is dear, try ignorance." rather than dwelling on the price of education, think about it as an investment. The talents and concepts that you learn from books, conventions and workshops can serve you for a lifetime. Thus it's a real investment. To conclude, before starting on the thrilling and challenging journey, you have to make 1 or 2 adjustments to your life. You have to start doing what the majority aren't doing, that's the key to become a real Entrepreneur in a short time period.
