My Perfect Day

As my personal development for the day, my mentor told me to describe in writing "My Perfect Day". She said, "What would you do if money or time wasn't an issue? What would be your perfect day, no limitations? Use your imagination to the fullest."

Well, this is what I came up with. I feel a little silly putting it out here for everyone to see, but what the heck. We are all different, and what would be my dream day would probably be the day from hell for someone else, and visa versa!

I would encourage you to do this exercise. It was really fun, and the sky's the limit. Plus, it gives you something else to put on your Dream Board!

My Perfect Day
My perfect day would start out with me waking up in a four star resort, either in Costa Rica or Panama. There would be a little breeze blowing in through the open window, bringing in the fresh, salty smell of the ocean.

I would get up to a beautiful view of a snow white sandy beach, leading out to a sapphire blue ocean. I would call room service, and a pot of steaming coffee with a piping hot plate of juevos rancheros would be delivered to my room in a matter of minutes. After enjoying my coffee and breakfast out on the balcony of my room, I would take a leisurely bath in the jacuzzi tub.

The next item on the itinerary of my perfect day leads me down to the hotel dock. There, waiting for me, is an incredible luxury sportfishing yacht that I have chartered to take me deep sea fishing. In addition to the captain, there is a deckhand who is an expert at catching all of the big game fish. He is going to be my private coach so that I can catch a big trophy fish! I spend the rest of the day on the ocean fishing. I catch so many fish that I can hardly raise my arms anymore! I DO catch a beautiful marlin, and after taking a picture, we let the majestic creature swim away. Cruising back to the hotel, I enjoy the beauty of the ocean and all God's creatures as I eat the gourmet lunch prepared for me by the onboard chef.

Once I get back to the hotel, another leisurely soak in the jacuzzi tub, and then it's down to the hotel spa where I get a much needed hour-long massage. After that a facial, manicure and pedicure. Then, to the salon where I get my hair washed and styled.

By now, it's dinner time, so I put on a sexy designer dress and wander down to the hotel pool. The chef has beautifully prepared some of the fish I caught earlier, and I enjoy a fabulous dinner on the patio, overlooking the beach. It is a glorious sunset.

After dinner, I head over to the swank club next door, only to find that it is filled with gorgeous men, and I'm the only lady there (of course, I weigh 20 lbs less than I do now). The evening is filled with fun and dancing. I return to my room, exhausted, just as the sun is coming up! :)
