Just a Little Bit More

We caught the tail end of an interview with NFL superstar Michael Strahan this weekend...actually, just one question. His answer has been reverberating in our brains ever since.

The interviewer asked the future hall-of-famer how he was able to achieve such tremendous success. Was it his physical attributes? Mental toughness? Unbridled desire?

Michael's answer is a lesson for all of us. He smiled and remarked how every pro football player is big, fast, and strong. They all know what they are doing. And they all want to win. "The champion is the one who does just a little bit more." Not a ton more - or even a lot more. Just a little bit. Consistently.

He spoke reverently about the incredible pay off from a little bit more effort. He knows that he owes his outstanding achievements to running one more lap, watching one more game film, and playing 'just a little bit' harder than the average player.

Your remarkable career in network marketing will be the result of your extra effort. You will set yourself apart by reading one more book, listening to one more speaker, and working just a little bit harder to become your greatest self. Then, take a little bit more action. Make one more phone call, send one more email, share your story one more time. Serve your teammates with a little more enthusiasm, a little more vision, and little more leadership.
