Makes sure to use this quick evaluation questions list to see whether or not you really are as good as you say you are.

• When cut off in traffic, do you shout out swear words when cocooned in your car alone… but bite your tongue when faced when similarly victimized with others present?

• If you discovered that a customer had overpaid you, would you wait to see if they discover the error, or would you proactively refund the difference?

• Ever had the phone ring while you’re telling somebody off and instantly shifted gears to “Mr. Nice Voice” so the caller wouldn’t know?

• Would your spouse approve of what you’re searching for on the Internet if he/she were looking over your shoulder—at ALL times?

• Do you say you “support the troops” when asked publicly but then privately never give them another thought?

• Do you glow when others praise your excellent parenting skills, then glue yourself to the television or Internet and ignore the little buggers at home?

• Do you compliment others on their successes and accomplishments, but secretly feel jealous and resentful in your heart?

• Are you friendly and polite to those who are a bit “different,” then mock them in front of your friends?

• Do you faithfully show up at church services each week in your Sunday best, then fail to help anyone with anything worthwhile for the next six days straight?

• Do you eat salads and salmon when out to eat with colleagues, then pig out on ribs and fries when they’re not around?

• Do you coddle your customers if they have a complaint, then turn around and call them a pain in the neck to your employees?

• Do you obey the speed limit and come to a complete stop when driving with your soon-to-be-driving teenage daughter, then drive like a maniac as soon as you drop her off?
