Beware the Monsters in the Dark!
The Monsters come out to play when your new team member goes home to work!
This is just a ramble.......
Internet based Network Marketing is actually an extremely hard job.... Let me explain... how many can relate to 'Information Overload" it is so easy to get so overwhelmed with a thousand different things prying for your attention... it can be enough to drive one insane.
The internet is an amazing tool but it is sooooo easy to get distracted.... to get to busy learning and reading and learning some more without getting any productivity accomplished. I mean what are the important things to 'get done today'? actually we can all write down our to do list and rank the order etc... but.... this is when the Monsters come out to play.... and they can be ooh so sneaky...
The real challenge in todays busy and "Every thing at the touch of a button" World is taking on too much too soon. Every once in awhile you need to take a step back and decompress.... take a break and release your mind from all the things that are dancing around in your head....
I've got to blog. write articles post videos, tweet on twitter, design a capture page, put together some training.... read some more... listen to that CD... that CD has been sitting there for a week already... I've got to be on that call.... return a call.... make a call..... forget about dinner there's no time......
Can anyone relate??? Is it just me... Am i slowly going insane.....
Like I was saying I think one of the biggest challenges of becoming successful in network marketing using the internet is not taking on more than you can chew.... in other words start small... take baby steps... don't try to get everything done... don't try to be an expert at everything.
As an upline it is a good idea to lay out a step by step process for your new team so that they dont get overwhelmed, distracted and confused. I think a little direction would go a long way but i think it is sorely lacking in todays internet driven environment.
I guess what I am trying to say is BEWARE of the "I CAN DO EVERYTHING SYNDROME"
because YOU can't... Give yourself a break.... slow down and take it step by step.... day by day....
Yours in success,
Roger S.

I agree we do not need to be
I agree we do not need to be experts at everything as long as you have a good team that trains and supports us. Then use those resouces for the new ones that come along. I don't know if you use mentoring for free. Now that is an amazing system. - I enjoyed your article
