Summer is coming down to the end here in my state.

I love the summer nights,

plus the chance to where my flip flops every day.

I love flip flopping around town, they are so easy to put on, and
come in so many colors.

As a single parent, these are the easiest
pair of shoes to accessorize with.(smile)

Yes, I have every color...even fancy ones too! (wink)

Question:

What have you been successful in? How can you use that to build
success for yourself in your business? How can you turn your
success into finding your own economy?

I desire my own economy from home PERIOD. I can list many reasons
for this, but I'm sure we all share some of the same reasons.

It's funny what saved me from years of frustration & a Huge war
story of how I got scammed online actually is my experience from my
9-5 job.

My expertise in identifying GREAT training programs...

The reason why I can identify them is due to the fact that I
created many in my 9-5 job, then taught others and tracked the
results of my training classes.

But before all that I had to be trained I had to Learn to Lead by
Following other Leaders before me.

I just moved recently to a nicer home, and was unpacking my stuff.
I found all my certificates from training seminars and "Train the
Trainer" programs where I learned a skill set I will be able to
keep for life.

The Goal of a GREAT training program is that the attendees will be
able to demonstrate their new taught skill. PERIOD

As a Corporate Trainer for 8 years, I worked on many training
programs, pretty much develop them from the beginning, then I was
responsible for tracking my results based on the attendees
performance AFTER training.

Hugh responsibility!

When I noticed that my down line, in my business that I was
promoting was not finding success. My instinct told me to go find
training for them so that they could be successful.

This is when I began to notice the different training programs
being offered online & by other business opportunities.

Build People, People Build the Business..

1. Written documentation of steps you can take. We called it
Training Alerts or Job Aids.

2. Training should be taught in 3 ways
* Auditory for those who learn best through hearing of information
* Visually for those who learn best by seeing information
* Hands On for those who learn best by application

3. Refresher courses on specialized skill sets.

EX. If you receive written material on how to talk to people about
your business. Then this same skill set should be retaught again
within 3 months.

Refresher courses are the best.....

Why are some Training Programs Unsuccessful?

1.They didn't update their written training material
2.They are not teaching they are telling.. the best teachers are
coaches.
3.They haven't created an "test environment" for you to
demonstrate your new skill

See Adults learn best with Repetition, while using all three of
their senses while learning.

I became certified in the "Adult Learning Theory". I know this to
be fact..
