Why BLOG?

Are you using Blogs "in part" to generate leads or build relationships?  If not, you should be!

Blogging is one vital step in many that will boost your lead generation process and relationship building. Google (probably most search engines, but I'm not sure) is good friends with blogs! If you word your post's with key word triggers, ping it like every day, add it to your news letters, articles ... etc.

It's a great way to build relationships and show yourself as trustworthy. If you share strong content and communicate well (I'm still working on that part myself) you'll begin to gain your very own audience (followers). But you need to promote it.

Here's a little secret of mine I'll share.

In my side bar I put work at home jobs I've either worked for, or others I know have worked for. I also put un-researched work at home jobs there too. NOT BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES. "Above" those links are affiliate links and "above" those I put my own links to my network. The content always stays about network marketing.

Ok so here's the catch. People who don't want to join the business just yet, guess where I send them? Ummmm, to my blog! Why? Because it's filled with links to real work at home jobs in my side bar where I go tell them too look.

I always keep it updated with new jobs I find out there. I tell those I send there to make sure to bookmark it - as I always add new ones I find.

So again, the catch in specific form.

They bookmark my blog to keep looking for newer or better work at home J.O.B's. All while my network marketing content is seeping into their minds. Reminding them, there is another way. And maybe one day, when they find they can't make squat with working from home in a J.O.B., they may consider looking more into what I have to offer.

I've built trust by pointing them in a direction and trying to help them.

I'm building a relationship with them while doing that - I don't mind answering questions they might have about that job or whatever (I'll open up a small slot in my time to help them).

Now this is a strategy that is a theory of mine. It makes sense to me to point those who say NO into a direction that may be more suitable to them. But I don't want to lose them completely by saying "ok, so you're not ready then...I'll just call you back in a couple months to see if you've changed your mind" Chances are they have got another job or some other marketer convinced them to join their business and I have lost them.

For now I at least want to plug them in somewhere to keep them close.

If any of that makes sense! lol

Great Advice

This is a great way of keeping people true to you Lisa. By not forcing your opportunity down people's throats but offering them what THEY are looking for, you are recognised as not being all about yourself. Hence they are definately going to come to you when they want something 'more'.
