Self Discovery

Discovery of one’s self is the most important things that a person can do for themselves. Self discovery can come in many facets because you really don’t want to just put yourself in a box, you want to make sure that you can honestly ask yourself, What am I here for? What is my purpose? And these are the questions that need to be answered..

What are you most passionate about? Is what your passionate about your job? Why not? If you are not doing what you are passionate about then you need to start the process to make a change and make it quickly. Personal development and change are the Master keys to success. The late great philosopher Mr. Jim Rohn told a story that will resonate in my heart forever and I will never forget. I am gong to paraphrase this story of him and the Girl Scout.

Mr Rohn said that he was twenty five (25) years old and broke. He was not poor, but broke. There was too much month at the end of his money. He was virtually living pay check to pay check to make ends meet. So he was destitute and broke as he put it. Then along comes a nice Girl Scout that knocks on his door. He opens the door and the little girl scout introduces herself and goes into her pitch about her cookies and how they are the best in the world. He absolutely loved the pitch, and the little girl then politely asked him to support her by buying some cookies. Mr. Rohn already knew that he had NO money to pay the little girl for the cookies so he did the next best thing, and that was lie! He told her that they had just bought some cookies and that they didn’t need anymore in the house. The little girl thanked him and then walked away… Mr. Rohn went on to ask himself how LOW could someone get when they have to lie to a girl scout?

Well Mr. Rohn was at his ALL time low, and from that point on at the age of 25 he vowed NEVER to be in that position again. So he decided to do something about it. He needed to learn more skills. Shortly after Mr. Rohn was introduced to a Multi-Millionaire Mr. Earl Shoaff. Mr. Shoaff went on to mentor Mr. Rohn and introduced him to simple things like “Profits are Better than wages“. Then over a 3 to 5 year Period Mr. Rohn found himself a self made Millionaire. Now how did this happen you say? Well Mr. Rohn was in a place in his life where he was FED up! He wanted something different, and he was Introduced to Network Marketing. Do you believe this? What’s the easiest way to learn a system in Business and learn how to operate a business without all the over head expenses of employees and a building. Now you can learn and build your skill-set and make money all at the same time.

However, most people are too comfortable and don’t want to do the necessary work. Most people try to change those that are too Comfortable or Afraid to leave traditional methods of making money.

Here is a quote that I told my men-tee today… In order to have self discovery and find true happiness you need to find out what you REALY love doing, and then infuse that into what you are doing now or change it. Now how can you make something out of Nothing? What are you going to do about it?
