Dream or Obstacle. Which one grabs you?

This morning I received this quote in my inbox:  “In one hand I have a dream, and in the other hand I have an obstacle.  Tell me, which one grabs your attention?”

Wow, was that timely for me.  I had to share it just in case you were facing obstacles like I have been.

I can focus on the obstacle or problem, or I can realize if I do, it will rob me from focusing on my dream.  It can take my joy away.  It can cause me to get discouraged.

If I put obstacles in their perspective and realize just how small they are, then it is so much easier to change my mindset back to where it should be.

If I look for the opportunity behind any challenge or obstacle in my day, then my perspective seems to easily adjust itself.

Have a great day,

Lynn Jones

Yes I agree...

Dreams are the most important things to focus on... we all need reminders. Focus on what you want not on what you don't want.

great stuff...

it's all about choice... i can choose to stay focused on the dream or the obstacle... whatever path i take, i've chosen... that will choice will determine where i end up... thanks for sharing...!

eye opening

This is refreshing as I see that I tend to look at the obstacles of life and forget about my dreams. I know that what I focus on expands, so focusing on obstacles will only bring more obstacles. Let us dream dreams and the obstacles will figure themselves out!
