How an Opt-in Junkie Built a Seductive Lead Attraction System
When I used to opt-in to other peoples mailing list and e-zines (electronic magazines) online at first, it was for what they were saying.
As I learned the importance for having a lead attraction system I started opting in so I could study someone else’s lead attraction system from the inside out.
You can only sell from the buyers perspective.
If you’ve been struggling at selling much of anything, it’s because you haven’t learned this fundamental of attractive marketing.
The buyer’s perspective is the only one that matters where it counts: At the register. I studied what made me hit the buy button? What words and phrases caught my attention? Where are their ads? How did the flow from sign up to down load e-book go? How often do they mail out ezines? How did I feel about these things as a newbie, as a potential customer? This was not only how I choose what products/services/business to buy but I also chose what to sell based on the experience the person coming after me would have too. Wouldn’t you like to know what would make your customers buy from you *before* you started marketing your lead attraction system? Want to know how to build your first capture page? Study a bunch of other people’s capture pages and pick and choose what you like and don’t like. Want to know how to write an effective ezine? Study the ones you actually anticipate and actually read. Take the basic plat form and build upon that. For example: You know how some ezines you get just have a catchy headline, a few blurbs about what you’re going to learn in the newsletter/article then a link to the “full story”? Then you have others that just fill the entire contents of a web page inside your inbox? Or, maybe you’ve seen the ones that have different sections, multiple links and even multiple contributors like a real magazine? Have you ever wondered which style to choose for your list? Me too! I still wonder about a lot of things but this one I got real quick. Other peoples websites, newsletters and sales pages are like a buffet of quality free information filled with “how to” and “how NOT to”. The key is to go with your gut and implement what you learn instantaneously as best as you can and test it for your self. You can always tweak later as you get more experience and get a feel for applying your own unique voice. One of the things that made it an easy thing for me to do is that it was a free education ;-) and two, I could always unsubscribe if I didn’t like it anymore… no hard feelings involved. However, I had (more like borrowed) time to pour over dozens systems. Do you have that kind of time? If you’d like to know how well your lead attraction system falls under there are two things you can do... You can take the time to opt-in to a bunch of other peoples ezines and newsletter then study and compare it. Or, you can shoot me over a private message with your website link and I’ll do what an optin junkie does best.
I’ll give your site a once over and tell you if it would make your ideal prospects keepers list or not. You’ll have that unique customer’s perspective that you have been missing. You’re ideal customers would tell you (assuming they could even find you) except they may not trust you enough yet.
Attract the best,
