Read More: I need a new electricity carrier just last month so I called my mlm energy rep friend. I never met him in person but we have had quite a few conversations over the phone since we met online a few months ago.
I was glad to give him the business but I couldn't get in touch with him. I held off calling any random electric company hoping that my new friend wuld come around so long that my electricity was out for 3 business days. Sadly that also included both saturday and Sunday too for a total of 5 days without lights, etc.
I had just moved in so I didn't have any groceries to "spoil" plus my kids had a blast getting to eat a hilf gallon of icescream on the way to grandma's for the sake of it not "wasting"it! lolol
Here's what you can take away from my whole ordeal...
Are you there when your customers are making their buying decisions?
As hard as it can be for businesses to get new customers why not make it a priority to keep intouch with your potential customers? I realized I'm not on any list of his to keep in touch and the guys phone was off!
Do you potential customers have your rep info to order at anytime day or night with out having to contact you?
I already knew the company he worked with...I just didn't know how he was going to get the credit so I ended up going with who ever the cheapest company was.
If I had so much as a website link in an email or something it could have been one or more sales.
All in all, it was definitely more his loss than mine. Not including the fact that my mother also needed new service at the same time, will I be inclined to do business with him in the future, or send referrals his way? That's still left to be seen.

I am a newbie to MLM and just like you a few years ago, the thought of going to work make me want to eat my pillow. The actual work is great, no problem there but ........ the attitude of the coworkers makes the working atmosphere tense and tiresome.
