1. Firstly you need to create branding and awareness, or nobody gets to know you to even come across you.

People need to start seeing you out there. They get familiar with your image your face your brand. That's what facebook ppc does very rapidly to my understanding during my research. Basically a thumbnail ad with the perfect image and the best text. I see these ads running down the side of facebook and they stand out. The way people that were not originally looking for you will be able to see you and find out about you.

For a person that you have met the day before to buy from you rest assured that they have to experience a positive experience with you. A positive experience with your product with your service with you.

In other words give value solve their problem, give them what they want. Deliver what they expect.

Deliver an amazing feeling for them to walk away with.
