Am I dong this right?
Hey there. You know I am doing this like a diary. I don't have any idea who is going to read this. And I don't always know whether to write in first person or third person. So I am just going to say what is going on in my head.
I have read alot of profiles here on BNM and, I am impressed and jealous. I am impressed because I see so many people going down the same road. It' ssimple amazing to see 20-30 people all talking about the same things, let alone 100-more! I am also jealous bcause they are "doing" so much more on here than I am. I only get a few hours a week to dedicate to this area and, quite frankly I don't think it's enough. All the Gurus and all the successfull people say that you should always keep fresh content on your blog or, articles. Posting 3-4 times a WEEK? I can;t even post twice a week and that is trying to do it first thing in the morning!
I find myself wondering if I am doing this correctly, and if I will succeed. Well, i got this far and I am seeeing the same things I went through so I must be on the right path! Right? I just have to hone my skills and try do be more productive in the online area.
My focus is on my schedule right now. I am working only one job now and its part time. i am trying to work my primary busine ss more so I can be at home and work on this internet side more at night. I have a problem though. My upline is depleted. I just got a call from a guy saying everyone in between me and him quit! Well I am not quiting! I am WAYY too invested in the business to walk away from it and plus I don't have an alternative. The business was a stick to leverage the world and I am not letting go. I have learned way too much to just give up. I am in up to my ears in debt but I am a risk taker and this means betting the farm and having to get out of my confort zone to change that, I will!
I have always been a serious person and sometimes I have to remind myself that if you are going to succeed, you have to be yourself. And I am a business mind. I have a business attitude. I am usually pretty serious, hard edged, I tell it like it is. I can't chage that, and I can't get around that. I will always be a business person. Like a race car driver says "it's all I know" I can't take up another hobbie without it effecting the way I look at the world.
One thing I realized is i need help. Real help. I need someone to lean on. I need someone to talk to when my spirits down. I want some one to tell me "Get up, shake off your coat, and do it again." I used to work out and I never had a work out partner until my firend asked me to go to the gym with him and his friends. I found out real fast how much I COULDN"T do! I was embarassed! I didn't wasnt to workd out with them anymore. But guess what. I also didn't get the body I wanted. I kow more now than I did then. And I respect a challenge now. I respect a good example. I want this for my team and I want this for my business. I have dreams and aspiritions and I can't get them done unless I have a WORKOUT partner!
So use your phone, reach out to people and send the message that your looking for a workout partner. Being a good workout partner is important too. So don't be lazy, be assirtive and get the other persn to get up and go to the gym with you!!! Your goal is to find 3 people with the same goals and time schedule and partner up with them to find a routine that works for both of you. Get together for a conference call or some thing at least once a week. Your upline wants you to be in touch at least 2 times a week! That's calling YOU OUT! Call him and get your team on the phone and find the leaders! Nike says "Just do it", I say "You better Just do it." John Addison said "You've got to motivate you. Nobody else is going to." Quit your stinkin thinkin, and start the train in your brain to get to the destination!

Hey Matthew
Hey Matthew,
You are doing a great job, the main thing is to keep up the momentum. Yes, it takes a lot of time, practice and effort and it can be tricky to find the right balance but with persistence you'll get there.
How much time do you have to focus on your business each day? I saw that you said you only have one part time job at present if I read it correct?
What exactly are you doing to promote you and your business at present, how much time do you spend on each activity, and whats your blog site address for me to take a look at?
When I first started with my Internet Business, I was working 2 jobs and my Internet business. It was a hard slog but I got there in the end. I've worked full time online for the past 5 years now and I love every minute of it.
Try to make the best use of your time as possible, use an mp3 player to listen to trainings when you're on the move and take a book and notepad every where you go to record your ideas.
Make the most of all the spare time you have. Work out the activities that are going to give you the most leverage in your business. Something that you can do once, and get a lot of benefit from in the future rather than something that you have to put a lot of effort into for minimal results.
There are thousands and thousands of people all doing the same as you/us with attraction marketing and using the Internet to prospect. It shows that the results are there and it definitely works :-)
Look forward to hearing from you,
Gavin Mountford
