How to Keep Your New Year's Resolutions

Everyone loves a fresh start, so it's time to plan for a fabulous 2009,
but New Year's resolutions can be really hard to stick to!
"Cheers to a new year and another chance for us to get it right." ~Oprah Winfrey
1. Assign each of your resolutions a timeline. Break each resolution up into
small, specific, managable steps and calendar in a deadline for each step.
2. Don't make big, general declarations like, "I'm going on a diet." Instead,
make tiny changes in your diet each week. One by one, start removing some
unhealthy foods from your diet and add some healthy alternatives. For example,
in lieu of eating potato chips, eat spiced popcorn, animal crackers, or baked
banana chips.
3. Don't declare that you are going to make $10,000 a month working from home
in 2009. Instead, do a little something every single day that will help you
boost your income. Call a few more warm market prospects, put your business
card in every envelope that leaves your front door, use a rear window decal for
advertising, or start a blog. Before you know it, you'll have more income than
you ever dreamed possible.
4. Dedicate yourself to keeping your New Year's Resolutions by creating a
step-by-step, reasonable and MANAGABLE plan. This could be the year you create
the person you deserve to be!
Positively,
