The influence on what we decide to do today can have a major part in our life happiness.Our very own thoughts can stop us from being successful and happy.We can change all of that if we make the right decision.You may ask what is the right decision? First we must be willing to learn how to change are thinking.
In Jim Rohn`s book (The Five Major Pieces to the Life Puzzle) He tells us these words,
"To Have more we must BECOME more. It is the very essence of the philosophy of personal development to have success and happines."He also tell us "It is in our personal PHILOSOPHY that establishes our individual attitude." It is our attitude that we have that decide how and if we want to be successful. In order to have success and happiness we must learn how to control what goes in our thoughts and mind each day. With the stress of daily things we face in life it is easy to think of nothing but negitive thoughts. These thoughts, the longer we keep them in our minds the more we belive it and become and act that way.Some examples of negitive thoughts are " I cannot do this " I am a failure" There is something wrong with me"

The only way to take these negitive thoughs is to have postive thoughts.To make an affirmations to help us to become successful. An affirmation is a personal statement using words or phrase to create a desired or condition or outcome of what we want. Using postive affirmations for success can be an effective way to take away negitive beliefs. We need to train ourselves to think postive and uplifting to help us have strenght to focus on our dream and goals for our life. We also must have self talk somethings we can say " I HAVE FAITH IN MY SUCCESS"
"SUCCESS IS MINE TO BE ENJOY NO ONE WILL STOP ME"
"I WILL ACHIEVE MY GOALS".By saying these words everyday we start to belive in ourself. We also start to see things in a diferent way. We become happy and our desire to be successful is even stronger. Also our personal development has grown. Most of all our individual attitude has changed. Postive thinking does change our life. Let each of us have the burning desire to have postive thinking and strong belief in us.To reach our goals.
