Investing time wisely
Dear Friends,
When in the team building process, please remember the following good advice.
Invest the bulk of your time, helping your actual team achieve the desired results. You should not spend too much time with people who have not officially joined you as yet.
Potential team members should be considered as “suspects before prospects”!
A mistake, many networkers make is investing too much time trying to convince or persuade people to join their team, instead of helping the enlisted team members get results.
Also, I would like to add here that people join YOU, not a business opportunity, because they perceive you as a leader who can help them get where they want to go.
I hope this helps.
Kind Regards
Lewis
