Hello Friends,
Today, I would like to discuss a very important aspect of the team building process.
When you are prospecting for people to join your business, you must keep in mind that
at the end of the day, it’s your business,
Therefore, you will have to take it upon yourself to actually interview every person to see if
YOU would like to work with them or not.
Think of it as if you were hiring for your own $billion company, you wouldn’t just hire anyone
off the street, instead you would insist that they possess certain qualifications or attributes,
if you don’t, you will probably find that they will never actually end up achieving any
real results and will just waste your time as well as theirs, which obviously benefits no one!
Just something to keep in mind.
