If you are the kind of person, that believes you can effectively sponsor new team members using your email autoresponder only, you are in for a HUGE shock.
Autoresponders are mainly useful for providing people with information over time, to get them interested in working with you and your team.
Ultimately, people will not join you unless you have developed a relationship with them, and actually engaged in a few one on one conversations, so they know they have someone real that they can reach out to if they require your help or guidance along the way.
Network Marketing is a Relationship Business.
