Hello Everyone,

As most of you know.. I am a Realtor and Loan Officer. I have been in the Real Estate market for almost my entire life.. I have seen it go UP and DOWN.

In the USA we are getting ready to go through a serious SHIFT with technology. There are alot of new and creative ideas for Realtors and business professionals to build a better customer loyalty program. Throughout my carreer, we have been searching for a way for all of MY OWN clients to STAY my clients and not go to a different Realtor or Loan officer. Sometimes I feel like a used car saleman giving out so many business cards! HA~

Have any of you heard of COMMON SHORT CODE? This is where to Text a certain KEYWORD to a certain SHORTCODE and you are able to communicate to your customers in this fashion. Using Short Code is the First customer loyalty program that I have ever seen that actually WORKS. You are able to STAY in front of your customers with Friendly Reminder Text Messages, letting them know that you are still here and thinking about them.

Realtors using Common Short Code will be able to iliminate all of the CLEAR PLASTIC BOXES that hold the property detail reports. You dont need them anymore. Where those clear boxes USED to be, there is now a simple sign that SAYS.. "Text PROP123" to Short Code 82222 and they will get the property details TEXT back to them Immediately. WOW.. Can you imagine HOW MUCH time that this is going to save you!

This is a much more effective way that is SAVING our Trees and also iliminating alot of waste that we humans are dumping into our Earth.
