Hello and welcome to my blog. Here you will find out who I am, what I am about and, my future aspirations.

Hello my name is Paul Holcroft and I live in sunny Brisbane in Queensland, Australia and until a few of years ago worked as a HR Manager and Sales Trainer for a large telemarketing company.

Then one day was told I needed major surgery. Whilst recovering, I started to re-evaluate where I was in my life and in what direction I really wanted to move.

This pondering led me into making the decision to leave my full-time job and become a full-time internet entrepreneur. The first thing I had to overcome was the FEAR factor, FEAR of Failure and Fear of Rejection.

Luckily during my life I was introduced to some life changing personal development and spiritually enlightening principles. One of those was to recognize fear for what it really is False Evidence Appearing Real so I recognized the fear and went ahead anyway.

My first venture was to develop my part-time eBay business into a full-time business as a power seller. I then found a lot of people asking me how I set-up and built my eBay business so the natural progression was to become an eBay trained education specialist.

However, I took the training to another level and started to specialize in teaching people how to open, operate and maintain a successful eBay store. As new ideas and technologies came into the marketplace I adapted them into my training curriculum so I was provide students with a full robust training system and effective marketing plan strategies.

One of the new technologies I took on board was web 2.0 video streaming. Now I teach my students how to use video presentations in their eBay listings and, how to create a more personal relationship with their customers using video emails and video instant messaging (live video chat)

I am currently creating a video series covering those eBay training and marketing principles so as to make the information affordable for those who may not be able to afford my one-on-one training fees and, to make the training accessible to people in remote and regional areas where no one-on-one eBay training is available.

I am also creating a series of free videos called “Network/Affiliate Marketing-Building Blocks to Success”. This series of videos will give individuals insightful information and powerful marketing techniques from a variety of teachers and market leaders from around the globe. If you are one of these leaders and would like to participate please contact me with your ideas and/or video examples.

The videos are designed to provide the psychological mind-set of building and marketing a large successful network marketing or affiliate business. They are not designed to promote any particular program, and as such, can be used in conjunction with any network marketing or affiliate program. I am also passionate about spiritual development and love helping other people realise their true potential in both their personal and business life. The energy of life is out there waiting for us to tap into it, we just have to ask for it and it will happen.

My next project is to gradually build a network of friends that I can work with on developing inspirational videos designed to share different people's perspectives on handling life issues and still being the best we can be. These will be inspirational stories designed to uplift and inspire others who may find themselves in similar circumstances.
