While I've been busy at putting my web page together I'm actually learning at the same time and my handy Magnetic Sponsoring Manual has helped me to better organize my thoughts into... "scripting"!I had read recently that we happen to have a propensity to "script our thoughts" more towards the negative than positve.As I've been reading in this community forum about the experience of the  snafus during team building and sends every Pre-Alpha into a worse yet Beta state I think to myself... what do I need when those negative expletives arise?I'll direct them to a refresher's course on an easy access page so that is what "mydot.com/Recommends" will look like to help do the talking in a more "sit and pay attention" manner. It of course should be more a beginner's page with a "step by step" positive reinforcement tone to it such as an overview of the affiliate network's:Accounting System - Affiliate Tracking System - Affiliate Marketing Group Commissions - List Building System - Contact Manager - Dossier - Archived Workshop Sessions - Promotional System - Audio Files - Reports & White PapersTopics that address industry trends and today's technology made by research firms and consultants, are generally rich in facts and backed by statistics.Regardless of where you might find people, be it an ad, a lead, a referral, a person you know, one you meet or one you cold call, you need to have a continuing refresher available to direct their level.
