Merry Christmas and Relax
During this holiday season, remember those who are less fortunate. Volunteer your time at a local community center. Invite a friend or neighbor you haven't talked to in a long time, over for lunch. The next time you are thinking about seeing that movie, or buying that expensive Christmas gift, instead dig in to your pockets and give to your local church, the salvation army or a charity of your choice. There are always people out there who have less than we do.
Additionally, when you out into the world for the day, bring a smile. It doesn't cost anything and you will feel better. When you are driving in the traffic, don't get mad and don't be in a hurry. When you are in the stores and and out and about doing your business, say hello to complete strangers and wish them Merry Christmas or happy holidays.
Finally, relax and enjoy life. Go on a trip around the neighbor hood with your family and friends and look at the Christmas lights and decorations. Life is too short and take time to appreciate what you have in life. Ask yourself, how can I make someones day better.
