CarbonCopyPro Hi-Light Of The Week; Jay Kubassek Interviews Andrew Cass

Jay Kubassek is one of the co-founders of CarbonCopyPro and for the last few months has been hosting the weekly Leadership Mastermind call (these are the most valuable calls to listen to if you are serious about becoming more successful in everything that you do.) His guest on the call this week was the first ever CarbonCopyPro member Andrew Cass who is not only a Top Earner with CarbonCopyPro, but he is a great ambassador for Wealth Masters International and Better Networker and everything they stand for.

But what they shared on that call produced some absolute gold for anyone in this industry to follow if they are focused on developing themselves and their leadership skills.

Andrew Cass leads by example in everything he does, showing commitment and excellence in his professional and personal life to a calibre that is impossible to ignore when he walks into a room or when he starts talking so pen and paper at the ready again I was poised to take some notes.

Here are some of the gold nuggets gleaned from Andrew and Jay:-

1. Know what you want first, be very specific about it then break it down into yearly, monthly,weekly and daily targets that make it more “doable.”

2. Discipline will always outweigh talent, instill discipline into everything you are doing.

3. Discipline your Time Management, the way you manage YOURSELF during your day.

4. Believe! Learn to dream again, kids think they are invincible ..ALL your FEARS have been learned use your IMAGINATION to develop your “What If” .. what if you were better, faster, stronger?

5. When belief is gone or is wavering it comes down to ASSOCIATION .. who you around, who is holding you back, who is around you.

6. If your ENVIRONMENT does not support your big dreams you will find it difficult to believe you can achieve your goals, most people try and work this business from a highly distracting and unsupportive environment.

7. Self confidence comes from doing the things daily that need to get done, if you ever had a burning desire in you it is still there, it never goes out.

Jay and Andrew went on to discuss concentrated mental exertion and being mentally strong and if you do not have that yourself, then what value do you bring to your team.
